CONCERT INFORMATION

We hope that everyone has a wonderful evening but we would appreciate it if you would please read this prior to attending concert

Once purchased, pleased be advised that tickets will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced for any reason. Snodland Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to make minor changes to the event line-up without prior notification.

The concerts will take place whatever weather conditions prevail. Please come prepared.

On stage entertainment is scheduled to start at 7pm for both concerts, gates will be open from 5pm

Tables and chairs will be permitted but NOT tents, awnings or any other structures.

The special circumstances of this event allow alcoholic drink to be taken into arena in reasonable quantities. No more than two litre of beer or one litre of wine per person is permitted.

In the interests of safety please do not take glass items including wine and beer glasses in to the arena. Please bring plastic items wherever possible.

We would request that in respect of health and safety regulations and for everyone’s enjoyment, children should not walk around the venue unattended, run amongst the audience or play ball games in any part of the arena.

Barbeques, gas cylinders or flaming torches are strictly forbidden.

No dogs or pets allowed what so ever.

Each person must possess a ticket for admission at arena entrance.

A security search may be carried out before entering the area. Excessive alcohol or glassware deemed a health and safety problem would be removed for collection after the concert.

Some parking is available close by to the arena, however wherever you park, if have to travel by car, please do so courteously and with due consideration to residents in the area. There is no on site parking, except for disabled badge holders.

Toilet facilities will be available at edge of arena at both events with additional facilities in the Community Centre on Saturday 19th July.

Food will be available for purchase within the arena area.

When the concerts finish (approx 10.30pm Sat & 9.00pm Sun) please collect up all your belongings and leave the arena and surrounding area as quickly and quietly as possible. Please do not disturb local residents with unnecessary noise.

Your use of litter bins provided at edge of arena and at exit when leaving will be appreciated.

If you live in Snodland, please walk to the concert to alleviate parking congestion and to help with your speedy journey home.

Disabled parking is allowed in area in front of the Community Centre. Access to all areas is suitable for wheelchairs from this point. Disabled toilet is sited in the Community Centre.

Snodland Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse entry to any person. They also reserve the right to evict any person from the arena area who is causing nuisance or disturbance.
